We have been working with interpersonal relationships for over 25 years. This started from counseling executives on how to better treat their employees. From there we developed compatibility learning tools and authored a book on relationships: DISCfunctional® Relationships. We use a ground breaking and proprietary system that assists you with learning which parts of your relationship are in synch and which parts need work. Our system uses real psychometrics which measure 54 points of compatibility. This system was initially developed to match complete strangers for dating. After some time we realized parts of it could be used to assist corporations with hiring and managing employee relationships by identifying and working on compatibility gaps.
