We are a cloud system and there is no hardware or software that you need to install to use the system. An assessment request is sent from a company or hiring manager to an employee or potential employee. The hiring manager and the employee / potential employee can immediately see how compatible they are with each other. If there are multiple candidates being reviewed, they all show up on the managers dashboard for comparison. We use our proprietary compatibility system that is determined based on real things that matter in work relationships (Personality, Communication Preferences, and Values). Part of our assessment is comprised of a personality assessment tool (
